About

Bolasco Company Compliance is run by Alessandro Bolasco, who started his consulting career in May 2018 after working for years in the field of company secretarial, company regulatory compliance and business planning support.

Since his degree in Economics and Business, Alessandro has accrued a wealth of experience in the above areas, working with important professional firms where he was in charge of taking care of many legal entities, in particular private limited companies, and staying up to date with company law requirements.

After gaining in-depth knowledge, Alessandro decided it was time to start his own business to offer his professionalism to others, making the most of his competence and the widely available remote working model.

Based on the idea that every business is different, Alessandro's support revolves around each business's specific goals, helping his clients define the resources needed to start and run UK companies smoothly and in compliance with the law.

Regarding the compliance of UK businesses, the support provided ranges from assisting with current company law requirements, to taking care of all the administrative management of UK companies, helping with the correct procedures on shares and debentures, and providing bespoke drafting of minutes and resolutions.
